Terms of Service

These terms apply when you order a website from TenMinIt by PM Films (“TenMinIt”, “we”, “us”) on tenminit.in. By ticking “I agree” at checkout and paying, you (“you”, “the client”) accept these terms, our Refund & Cancellation Policy, our Delivery Policy and our Privacy Policy.

1. Who we are

TenMinIt is a website-building service by PM Films, run by Ponmurugan B as an individual (unregistered) business in India. Contact: hey@pmflims.in. More details are on our Contact page.

2. What you're buying

  • Landing Page (ETA 10 minutes), Portfolio (ETA 30 minutes) and Business Site (ETA 60 minutes) are front-end websites (HTML, CSS and JavaScript) with no database or backend.
  • Pro (with a database, logins, payments or dashboards) is quoted per project. The price shown is a starting price, and Pro is not covered by the time guarantee.
  • Add-ons (extra page, logo glow-up, contact form, domain setup) are delivered with the package they're ordered with.

3. Prices and payment

  • Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and the amount shown at checkout is the amount you pay.
  • Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
  • Launch pricing: current prices are launch-offer prices. We may change prices for new orders at any time. Once your order is confirmed and paid, its price doesn't change.
  • Pro work starts only after you accept a written quote and pay as agreed in that quote.

4. When the clock starts

  • The delivery clock (10 / 30 / 60 minutes) starts only when both are true: your payment is successful and your brief is complete. A complete brief has your contact details, what the site is for, the pages you need and your content/copy, plus your logo, colours and reference sites if you want them used.
  • If the brief is incomplete or unclear (for example the logo or content is “coming later”, or we need to ask you something important), the clock is paused until you reply. If the brief can't be completed, the time guarantee doesn't apply to that order.
  • The ETA covers building your site and sending the preview link. Putting the site live on your own domain depends on DNS, which can take up to 24–48 hours to update worldwide and is outside our control, so it's not part of the time guarantee.

5. Late-delivery guarantee

If we miss the ETA for a Landing Page, Portfolio or Business Site order (after the clock has properly started), we refund 50% of the package price to your original payment method, initiated within 5–7 working days, and we still finish your site. The guarantee doesn't cover add-ons, the Pro/custom tier, time paused waiting for you, or going live on your domain. Details are in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Revisions

  • Included rounds of changes: Landing Page: 1, Portfolio: 2, Business Site: 3. Pro: as per your quote.
  • A round is one list of changes sent together, within the scope of the original brief (text, images, colours, layout tweaks).
  • Extra rounds, new pages or new features are paid work. We'll tell you the price before doing them.
  • Please send revision requests within 14 days of the preview; after that we treat the site as accepted.

7. Your responsibilities and acceptable content

  • You confirm you own, or have permission to use, all content, logos, images and text you send us, and that using them on your website doesn't break anyone else's rights.
  • We don't build sites for illegal content or activities, adult/sexual content, gambling or betting, hate or harassment, scams, misleading health or financial claims, or anything that uses copyrighted material without permission.
  • You're responsible for the accuracy of your content and for any legal requirements of your own business (for example your own privacy policy or licences).

8. Our right to refuse or stop an order

We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if the content breaks section 7 or the brief is outside what a package covers. If we cancel before delivering, you get a full refund. If an order breaks section 7 after work has started, we may stop work.

9. Who owns the website

  • After full payment, you own the delivered website files (the design and code we made for your site) and can use, change or move them.
  • Your content and logos stay yours. Fonts, icons, stock images and code libraries stay under their own licences.
  • PM Films may show your site in our portfolio and social media. Don't want that? Tell us at any time and we'll leave it out.

10. Hosting, domains and third-party services

  • Hosting and domain names are not included unless you order the domain-setup add-on (which covers connecting a domain you already own, not buying it). You pay any hosting or domain provider directly.
  • Third-party services (hosting, domain registrars, Razorpay, email, fonts, maps, forms) are provided by those companies under their own terms. We're not responsible for their outages, price changes or policies.

11. Limitation of liability

We build every site carefully, but websites are provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses (such as lost profits, business or data), and our total liability for any order is capped at the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits rights you have under Indian consumer law that can't be limited.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version you agreed to at checkout (we save its date with your order) applies to that order.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts at [your city, Tamil Nadu?], and we'll always try to sort things out by email first.
