Delivery & Shipping Policy

TenMinIt sells a digital service. Nothing is shipped physically and there are no shipping charges.
1. How delivery works
- You pay and complete your brief. Your private order tracker link appears right away (bookmark it).
- We build your site. The tracker shows the live status: confirmed, building, final checks.
- Delivery = your preview link (for example tenminit.in/preview/TMI-XXXXX/) shown on your tracker, and/or sent to the email in your brief.
- After your review and any included revisions, we hand over the site files and, if you ordered domain setup, connect your domain.
2. Delivery times

- The clock starts only after successful payment and a complete brief. If something's missing or unclear, the clock pauses until you reply.
- Going live on your own domain depends on DNS and can take up to 24–48 hours. That part is outside the delivery time and the guarantee.
- Late? For Landing, Portfolio and Business you get 50% of the package price back. See the Refund Policy.
3. If you can't see your delivery
Check your tracker link first, then your email (including spam). Still nothing? Email hey@pmflims.in with your order ID.
In short: we want these pages to be clear, not scary. If anything here is confusing or you think it's unfair, email hey@pmflims.in and a real person (Pon) will reply.
